Workshop making my Hexa -Scrappy Blocks. These are foundation pieced so this is a great introductiuon to this technique.
This is a two hour class held at my shop 'Sew Tea and Coffee' in Tiverton, Devon. There are different dates available so please select from the menu.
Classes are limited to 2 -3 people so I can give plenty of support to each student.
Skill level - You will need to know how to use a sewing machine and a rotary cutter will also help.
The price for the class includes:
- use of a Janome sewing machine and any other tools and thread needed
- as many foundation paper pattern pieces you use during the class
- a copy of the pattern to take a way
The price does not cover fabric. This is scrap quilt so its great for you to bring your own. I do, of course, have loads in the shop you can buy on the day, including a selection of bolt ends and off cuts.
You won't (obviously) have time to make the whole quilt but you should make a good number of blocks to get you started
