Join me for an all inclusive day of sewing which will include two workshops in one day. The class will be taught in a relaxed and spacious environment with everything included. All you need to bring is your sewing machine.
The projects covered will be the Reversible trinket bowls and the Pen-lock notebook cover. Both are part of my ‘mini’ range of patterns and both feature in my book. They are great gift items and once you have learnt how to make them you can make more in relatively short time.
Upon arrival you will be greeted with a glass of champagne followed by a delicious, fresh, buffet breakfast and a chance to get to know your fellow sewers.
Then you will choose your fabric for the first project, grab a tea or coffee and start sewing. The class will be a friendly size with no more than ten people so there will be plenty of opportunity for one to one tuition if you need it.
After a fun morning of sewing, lunch will be served. There will be a freshly prepared, mixed hot and cold buffet including beef fillet wellington, homemade ravioli and much more. For a more detailed view of all that’s on offer, please have a look at the menu in the gallery.
The class will then continue for the afternoon on a new project at a relaxed pace. Why not grab a glass of wine?
If you fancy a break from sewing there will be a selection of teas and freshly groud coffee available throughout the day.
Afternoon tea of freshly baked fruit scones with jam and clotted cream will be served later in the day for those who still have room!
There will still be more time after tea to add the finishing touches to your project and then finally, collect your goody bag.
