What is your delivery policy?
All items are dispatched in 1-3 days of purchace. Its often the same day depending on the time of order. If there is a delay I will contact you to let you know, provided you have left contact details. All items are sent via Royal Mail and postage costs are calculated at checkout depending on your delivery address, weight and size of items.
What is your returns policy on physical items?
You are free to return any item in its original, un-opened, unused condition within 28 days of purchase, for a full refund. After 28 days you will be offered an exchange. Please contact me on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your return. Refunds on postage costs will depend on the situation.
What is your returns policy on PDF patterns?
These are non refundable. Once the pattern has been sent to you, you cannot request a refund due to the nature of the item. If you have a problem with the download then contact me on email@example.com
Can I sell items made using your patterns?
Yes! I am more than happy for people to do this provided it remains small scale and no attempt is made to claim the design as your own.
Why cannot I not access the Help page?
The help page is still under construction (as of 2/7/21). I am more than happy for you to ask direct questions throught the contact page in the meantime.
