Come along for a Christmas themed patchwork workshop where you have a choice of blocks to work on throughout the class. Sew what ever takes your fancy on the day...
I have prepered an easy christmas tree, gift wrapped present and simple lettering block which are all pieced using traditional patchwork with squares and triangles. There are also some slightly more complex and decorative blocks to suit different levels. Each of them has enless options of what make it into... a whole quilt, cushions, table runners, bags, gifts... what ever you like. The class is designed to give you base blocks to work into your own projects. The pictured blocks are a few samples. There will be these, and more options available to choose from on the day
Still level - beginner to medium. Experience of using rotary cutting equipment is useful but not essential.
The classes are 3 hours long and held at Love From Beth HQ, Sew Tea & Coffee, 11 Keptie Street, Arbroath, DD11 1RQ
The price for the class includes:
- Use of a Sewing machine ( you are welcome to bring your own if you want to )
- Any other equipment, tools and thread needed
- Instructions on how to complete your choice of block/blocks to take away
- Christmas themed snacks and drinks to get us in the mood!
You will need to supply your own fabric as I don't stock and christmas themed prints. Details of this will be sent to you after booking.
