In this class we will make a large Liza bag. Its a great bag and you will want to make more! It comes in four sizes so you could go on to make the extra large or dinky one.
This is a three hour class held at my shop 'Sew Tea and Coffee' in Arbroath, Scotland
Classes are limited to 4 people so I can give plenty of support to each student.
Skill level - This is not aimed at complete beginners but the bag is fairly basic. Some previous knowledge of sewing on a machine is needed but all other skills can be picked up on the day.
The price for the class includes:
- use of a sewing machine and any other tools and thread needed
- all template and patterns pieces needed on the day
- buttons to finish the bag and ribbon for the drawstring.
- a copy of the pattern to take a way
The price does not cover fabric or wadding. I do, of course, have loads in the shop you can buy on the day, including a selection of bolt ends and off cuts. All fabric requirements will be sent out to you when you order the class so you will have time to see what you need and bring it with you if you want to.
